Trying to eat less meat as a family? Add just one night of a meatless recipe, call it Meatless Mondays, and watch how everyone will start to look forward to it!

However, sometimes you might have those few family members who just need meat in every meal, surprise them with something that looks just like meat, and have them try it to surprise themselves!

Some of these meatless recipes are so packed with flavor, you can’t even tell the difference!

You may be wondering what the benefits of having just ONE single meatless meal a week can do for your family right? Well, it helps your food budget!

We all know meat can get expensive and just having one meal without meat will help your food costs tremendously!

Secondly, it’s also healthy for you!

When you take out the meat of a meal it focuses more on your proteins and vitamins you get from everything else!

Slow Cooker Jackfruit Carnitas – Now you may be asking, what exactly is jackfruit, and you aren’t alone. All we know is it looks like meat once you shred it before putting it in the slow cooker for sure! Instead of your normal meat, you’ll be using the shredded jackfruit.
