What ground beef do I use?
You want to use a 70-80% lean ground beef for taco meat. The fat helps to give flavor. Just ensure to drain off the fat prior to adding the water and taco seasoning.

If you want something a little different, fry the corn tortilla in a skillet with oil. This will create a hard taco shell and equally as delicious.

How to Make Beef Taco Recipe
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain.
Add in 2/3 c of water and taco seasoning, stirring to incorporate. All to simmer until the sauce reduces.
Place tortillas on flat surface, top with beef taco meat and any toppings.
