- 1 large yellow onion, sliced thinly
- 1/2 c water or broth
- 18 oz. bbq sauce

How to Make Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe
Begin by seasoning the pork all over with salt and pepper.
Next, place the onions in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with the pork and add in the water or broth. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and allow to cool slightly. Shred the meat with two forks or a hand mixer. Discard any excess fat.
Return the meat to the slow cooker and fully incorporate the bbq sauce. Heat through and serve on your favorite hamburger buns with toppings of your choice.
