Place a pork loin in the slow cooker with your families favorite root beer and let it cook on low. Finish off with your favorite bbq sauce and a quick apple slaw that puts these pulled pork tacos over the top.

Ingredients for Pulled Pork Tacos
- Pork Tenderloin, Butt or Shoulder – whatever is on sale or marked down in the meat section of your local grocery store.

- Taco Shells – you can also use pulled pork on baked potatoes!
How to Make Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Place the pork in the slow cooker. Pour the root beer on top.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Once the pork has cooked, shred with two forks (watch how tender the pork is in the video below!).
Next, add in the bbq sauce and stir to combine.
Mix together the Apple Slaw ingredients: chopped apple, cider vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl.
Top your taco shell with the pulled pork, apple slaw, freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges if you prefer!
