Mini Pancake Bites FAQs

How do I make these dairy free and gluten free?

I have not tested this recipe with almond milk, or almond flour however I imagine they would come out well. It might be best to use your favorite gluten free, dairy free pancake mix that you already love in order to ensure best results if making these for the first time.

Can I use a 12 cup muffin pan?

Yes! The pancake bites will simply be larger, and may need a slightly longer bake time to make sure they are done all the way through.

These easy mini pancake bites are the perfect breakfast idea when you also need the convenience of a muffin. Once you try the first batch, you’ll be eager to grab a cup of coffee, and experiment with every different flavor and topping idea to create memorable recipes for the entire family.
