How to serve parmesan crusted chicken
There’s a few ways to enjoy this easy chicken recipe. Here’s a few of my favorites:
- over spaghetti noodles with red sauce
- over Tortellini
- over the top of your favorite lettuce for a salad
You can also serve alone with a side salad, mashed potatoes, asparagus, green beans and so much more!
Ingredients for Parmesan Chicken
- olive oil
- garlic
- breadcrumbs – you can use plain or Italian style. If keto or low carb, sub out for crushed pork rinds.
- parmesan cheese – you can do a mixture of grated and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
How to make parmesan chicken
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Add olive oil and garlic to a microwave safe bowl. Warm for 30 seconds.
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese into a separate bowl.
Stir until combined.
Dip chicken breasts in the oil mix, then boat in the breadcrumb mixture on all sides. Repeat for all chicken breasts.
Place in baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve.

- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 c breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Add olive oil and garlic to a microwave safe bowl. Warm for 30 seconds.
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese into a separate bowl.
Dip chicken breasts in the oil mix, then boat in the breadcrumb mixture on all sides. Repeat for all chicken breasts.
