Ingredients Needed to Make Chicken Flatbread Pizza
- flatbread
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- pineapple chunks
- bbq sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- sliced red onion
How to Make BBQ Flatbread Chicken Pizza
Preheat the oven to 400Β°.
Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through. You can cook the chicken breasts whole or cut into bite sized pieces.
Next, place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Coat the flatbread with your families favorite bbq sauce.
Top with the chicken, pineapple chunks (I sliced mine in half), sliced red onion and shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Storing Leftovers
If you happen to have leftover bbq chicken flatbread pizza, store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat, place in the microwave, air fryer or back in the oven at 350Β° for a few minutes. The air fryer will only need 3-5 minutes.

- 2 c mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
