How to Shred Chicken

My favorite way to shred chicken is with a hand or stand mixer. Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes before using the mixer.

Using your hand or stand mixer, simply shred the chicken apart.

If you don’t have a mixer, use two forks to pull the chicken apart.
