Sausage, peppers, broccoli and cauliflower fill a baking sheet and seasoned with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt that serves up dinner in under 30 minutes.

If you are unfamiliar with sheet pan meals, it’s simply like a dump and go recipe. Throw all your ingredients on a baking sheet, season your ingredients, bake it off in the oven and you often have dinner served without a lot of prep or clean up.
Sheet pan meals are also a great way to add in your families favorite veggies and allows the kids to enjoy what they like.
Substitutes or Add Ons for Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
- onions: either red, yellow or white will work
- omit broccoli and cauliflower and serve on a hoagie roll
- use your families favorite veggies: carrots, asparagus, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, zucchini work well!

- Italian Sausages – if using pre-cooked sausages you can slice them and add to the tray to toss with the veggies.
- bell peppers
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- olive oil
- spices: Italian seasoning and salt
How to Make Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
Preheat the oven to 450°.
On a baking sheet, place the bell peppers, broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt.
Next, set the Italian sausages on top of the veggies.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the veggies are fork tender.
Slice the sausages and serve with rolls.

- 12 Italian Sausages
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°.
