We love easy dinners here at our house! This Italian Sausage & Ravioli Casserole is just that! Frozen ravioli bake to perfection with a quick and easy Italian sausage meat sauce.

This flavorful, easy dinner will be a win- win with both the kids and adults in the house. 

Ingredients needed to make this easy Italian Sausage Ravioli Casserole Recipe

  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (24 oz) Jar Marinara Sauce  (or similar)
  • 1 (25 oz) Bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli
  • 1 ½-2 cups of Italian Blend or Mozzarella Cheese

How to make this easy Italian Sausage Ravioli Casserole Recipe for dinner tonight

In a saute pan cook the Italian sausage, bell pepper, garlic, and onion until sausage is no longer pink and the vegetables are fragrant.

Stir in the sauce.

Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until heated throughout and the cheese is melted.

Notes: cooking times may vary. Can use fresh ravioli as well- just reduced the bake time.
