Copycat Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets

How to Make Copycat Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets
1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Dill Pickle Juice
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Flour
3 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Enjoy with the infamous Chick-fil-A sauce!
Cut chicken in 1″ pieces, place in zippered bag with pickle juice to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight if you can.
In a large bowl, stir milk and egg until well mixed.
Drain pickle juice from bag and add the chicken pieces into the milk and egg mixture.
Toss to ensure all pieces are coated.
Drain any excess egg mixture.
Heat oil on medium high 375 degrees F.
In another freezer size zippered bag, add flour, powdered sugar, paprika, salt and pepper and shake to combine.
Add chicken to zippered bag and shake to coat.
Cook chicken pieces in oil until crispy and browned (about 3 to 4 minutes).
Drain on paper towels.
