This is one of the most popular air fryer questions! And for good reason, air fried chicken is delicious and so easy to make.
Here are the recommended air fryer cooking times for a whole chicken:
- For a three to 3.5-pound chicken, cook for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
How long does it take to cook fish in the air fryer?
Another popular air fryer question! Fish is one of my favorite things to cook in the air fryer because it’s so quick and easy.
Here are the recommended air fryer cooking times for fish:
- For thin fillets (like tilapia or flounder), cook for ten to twelve minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- For salmon fillets, cook for eight to twelve minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can I cook vegetables in the air fryer?
Absolutely! Vegetables are one of the best things to cook in the air fryer because they get nice and crispy without any oil.
Here are the recommended air fryer cooking times for vegetables:
- For potatoes (like french fries or roasted potatoes), cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- For asparagus, cook for approximately 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- For zucchini (one of my favorites), cook for about 12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
