Who doesn’t love tacos? These Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tacos are a great way to take a spin on Taco Tuesday!
– Pork Tenderloin, Butt or Shoulder – whatever is on sale or marked down in the meat section of your local grocery store. – BBQ Sauce – any bbq sauce will do! – Root Beer – a can of your families favorite root beer for sweetness and to help tenderize the meat. – Taco Shells – you can also use pulled pork on baked potatoes!
Mix together the Apple Slaw ingredients: chopped apple, cider vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl.
Top your taco shell with the pulled pork, apple slaw, freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges if you prefer!
