Keto Low Carb Meatloaf recipe
– Ground beef (or ground turkey) – Almond flour – Large egg – Worcestershire sauce – Onion chopped – Sugar free bbq sauce – Garlic powder
KETO (LOW CARB) BBQ SHEET PAN MEATLOAF INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together the lean ground beef, almond flour, egg, worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Form the meat mixture into four loaves. Top with the bbq sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli in the butter and minced garlic. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add the broccoli florets.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the broccoli is to your liking, and the meat is cooked through.
Add mozzarella cheese slices in the last 5 minutes for a melty, gooey meatloaf everyone will love.
