Keto Low Carb Meatloaf


 

This cheesy meatloaf is melt-in-your-mouth cheesy goodness that you’ll make time and time again. Plus, your family and friends will love it!

How To Make Keto Low Carb Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Line or grease a loaf pan

Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients and the cheese in a large bowl

Transfer the mixture to the pan and mold it into a loaf

Place the pan in the oven and bake uncovered for 55 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top if desired (no necessary)
If you do add more cheese on top, then place back into oven and bake for 5 more minutes

Serve with mashed cauliflower potatoes and broccoli!
