– 1 large egg, beaten – 1 tsp unsalted butter or olive oil – 2 tbsp marinara sauce – 1 English muffin – 2 tbsp shredded Italian cheese – 2 slices pepperoni

Step 3: Pour egg into the skillet, stirring often and cook until set into soft curds, about 2 mins. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4: Spread marinara sauce onto the English muffin. Step 5: Top with the scrambled egg, cheese and pepperoni.
