This answer will depend slightly on your individual oven, but most homemade pizzas will bake perfectly between 400 and 450 degrees. This particular recipe calls for 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Tips for a Successful Homemade Pizza Family Night

  1. Make the dough at least a day before and set in the fridge. Bring to room temperature about
    30-45 mins before using.
  2. Have all topping ingredients chopped and divided into easy serve bowls.
  3. Use a quick-cooking recipe like the one above.
  4. Plan for a few different flavors. Purchase gluten-free dough for those with allergies and leave it
separate from the rest to avoid cross-contamination.
  5. Put a note on the stations with each pizza’s toppings (if ordering out).
  6. Open your windows (or buy a fan) if you are making them in-house, the heat from the oven will
raise the temperature of the home, thus raising the temperature of ingredients and could
    potentially melt your desserts.
  7. Use plastic spoons for people to gather their toppings, you can also place the ingredients on
paper plates or bowls at tables for a kids party.
  8. Use two rimless sheet pans or pizza circles for ease when distributing the pizza.
Have fun and let everyone create the pizza of their dreams.

I hope you enjoy following along, and maybe even find some inspiration along the way.
