How to make Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls
Here’s a tasty, and dewy Cinnamon Roll recipe for either the hectic mornings’ breakfast with warm milk or for a sweet snack at home.
With a couple of cinnamon rolls weight watchers ingredients, you can produce this mouth-watering recipe that your family will love (even the kids!).
1 cup self-rising all-purpose flour
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon icing sugar confectionary or powdered sugar
2 teaspoons non-fat milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix yogurt and flour ingredients for the dough together in a medium bowl or stand mixer until it forms a ball.
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and knead, sprinkling extra flour on the surface to keep it from being too sticky.
Roll out dough till it’s 12″x10″.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and then sprinkle over the flat-rolled-out dough.
Roll up dough and slice into 2 equal pieces; cut each piece into 6 ‘rolls’; this will leave you with 12 altogether.
