Oven Baked Salmon

This oven-roasted salmon is baked on a baking sheet for a complete meal with a side of Brussels sprouts.

This is a healthy and flavorful weeknight dinner recipe that kicks your dinner up a notch.

Ingredients

On a baking sheet, place Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Push the sprouts to the outside of the tray.

Lay out your citrus in the middle of the baking sheet, then set your herbs.

Next, add the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and top with additional citrus slices and garlic.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the salmon has cooked to your preference and the Brussels sprouts are roasted.
