Mini Monster Cookies with M&M’s, Oats, and Peanut Butter

Kids and adults alike will love these adorable Mini Monster Cookies made with M&M’s, Oats, and Peanut Butter. This recipe makes a lot of cookies, but can you really have too many? No way!

Mini Monster Cookies with M&M’s, Oats, and Peanut Butter


1 stick butter unsalted, softened

1/2 Cup light brown sugar

1/4 Cup granulated sugar

3/4 Cup creamy peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/4 Cup all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/4 Cup mini m&m’s

1/2 Cup quick oats


Heat oven to 350°F

Beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add flour, oats and baking soda; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough, 1/2 inch apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets. Flatten slightly with bottom of clean drinking glass

Bake 9 to 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely ans serve with a cold glass of milk (or, coffee 😉)
