I’ve made egg bites with a 24 muffin tin as well as a 12 muffin tin, and it works either way, it’s really up to you what size you prefer.

This particular batch is made with egg whites, ham, and dairy free cheese for a quick and healthy version, but I’ve made them with bacon, spinach, regular cheddar cheese, whole eggs, and more!

Step 1: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 24 cup muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Evenly divide each add in topping (spinach, cheese, ham) to each muffin tin.

Step 3: Pour egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each tin almost to the top (do not overfill).
