These easy egg bites are made with ham, egg whites, and dairy free cheese, but as you will see in this post, they can be made with any of your favorite breakfast add ins. This muffin tin recipe is sure to please as a grab and go breakfast or fun bite sized brunch idea.

I’ve made egg bites with a 24 muffin tin as well as a 12 muffin tin, and it works either way, it’s really up to you what size you prefer.

This particular batch is made with egg whites, ham, and dairy free cheese for a quick and healthy version, but I’ve made them with bacon, spinach, regular cheddar cheese, whole eggs, and more!

Step 1: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 24 cup muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Evenly divide each add in topping (spinach, cheese, ham) to each muffin tin.

Step 3: Pour egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each tin almost to the top (do not overfill).
