Ingredients needed for Cranberry Turkey Sliders
- 12 Hawaiian Rolls (1 package)
- 8 oz. deli turkey slices (or leftover Thanksgiving turkey!)
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
Topping
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. Spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ΒΌ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp. Poppy seeds
- ΒΌ cup dried cranberries
How to make these Easy Cranberry Turkey Sliders
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place in a casserole dish. Spread ΒΎ cup cranberry sauce bottom of the rolls. Top the cranberry sauce with sliced turkey. Place the sliced Swiss cheese on top of the turkey slices. Add top of rolls on top of the Swiss cheese.
In a small mixing bowl, melt a stick of butter. Combine butter, ΒΌ cup cranberry sauce, spicy brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds together and mix until well combined and lumps are gone. Pour mixture over sandwiches.
Top with ΒΌ cup dried cranberries and bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
