How To Make Keto Low Carb Chocolate Fudge
All you need for this fudge recipe is unsweetened baking chocolate, confectioners Swerve sweetener, salted butter, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract. - 6oz finely chopped unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2/3 cups Swerve confectioners sweetener
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 8oz full fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil (spray it with nonstick cooking spray so the fudge will be easy to slice and remove)
In a microwave-safe bowl, add all ingredients. Microwave for 30-second intervals at 50% power until just melted, stirring well in between. Mix well til smooth by hand or with a blender
Pour the chocolate mixture into the foiled lined pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
Freeze until the fudge is set, about 3 hours. Lift up the foil to remove the fudge from the pan. Cut into 16 bars and serve cold
Store leftovers in the fridge
