Easy Homemade French Toast Sticks

This recipe for Easy Homemade French Toast Sticks is so much better than the frozen ones you get at the store and heat up in the microwave. 

They take less than 10 minutes to make and will probably be scarfed down in seconds – they are seriously that delicious!

As an added health benefit, I make mine with Ceylon Cinnamon, which is known to help lower blood pressure.

Easy Homemade French Toast Sticks

Ingredients

2 slices of Texas toast or sandwich bread

2 tablespoons butter
Ceylon Cinnamon to sprinkle

granulated sugar to sprinkle

syrup

Feel free to add fruit and whipped cream to your hearts delight!

Instructions

In a large pan, melt butter on medium heat

Cut bread into 4 slices

Place bread slices in pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted underneath

Flip stick over and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar

Toast for about 2 minutes and remove from pan onto plates

Top with fruit and whipped cream if desired
