My friend, Natalie, actually inspired this post, when she asked me about family command center ideas.

Natalie is a busy working mom, and her oldest daughter recently started school.

It’s extremely difficult balancing multiple kid schedules, homework, doctor appointments, and still finding time to work, cook, and…sleep!  ha!

Now that we have three kids, with our oldest in school too, it’s become increasingly more necessary to have some type of family command center in our home.

A family command center is a great way to keep your family organized.

Family command centers do not need to be fancy, or expensive.

In fact, you can DIY a perfectly well functioning family command center on a budget.

Here are a few simple ideas for a DIY family command center for your home.

hi! I'm shannon

I’m a wife, mom of three, doctor, and blogger! In 2018, I decided to turn my mom blog, into a personal finance blog so others could follow along on our journey to pay off over HALF a MILLION dollars in student loan and practice start up debt. I hope you enjoy following along, and maybe even find some inspiration along the way.
