So, if you’ve never used a sugar scrub, let me tell you, you are missing out!

Sugar scrubs are so good for your skin in that sugar is a natural
humectant – meaning moisture is drawn from the air and absorbed by your
skin, which helps to keep it naturally hydrated.

Sugar is also a alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), which helps renew skin cells
and keep your skin looking young. And, last but not least, and probably
already pretty obvious, sugar helps to exfoliate dead skin cells to help
keep your skin glowing…

Here’s what you need to make this Coconut Lime Mint Sugar Scrub. Grab some coconut oil, granulated sugar, peppermint essential oil, and a lime. You’ll also need some Mason Jars and of course, your free printable, which you can download here.

Pull out your stand mixer, and add the coconut oil and sugar to the
bowl. Attach the paddle and mix until it’s blended well. Mix in the
essential oil and the lime zest. Scoop into mason jars and attach the
printable. That’s it! It’s so easy, you seriously have no excuse not to make it!
