How to make Christmas Sugar Cookie Bars
Step 1. Gather your ingredients!
You will need:
- (2) 17.5 oz packages of Sugar Cookie Mix
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Butter (Softened)
- Frosting (We used 16 oz White Cake Frosting)
- Sprinkles
Step 2. Mix the cookie mixes, eggs, and butter together until they form a soft dough. It will be sticky.
Step 3. Spread the mixture evenly into an ungreased 9×13 baking pan using a silicone spatula. Try to make the top even.
Bake at 325 F for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 4. Let your Christmas Sugar Cookie Bars cool, and then frost them completely.
Step 5. While your frosting is still tacky, sprinkle on the toppings you want to add. Use sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, candy pieces, or whatever else sounds delicious!

- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 (350 if using an aluminum pan).
- Mix the two packages of cookie mix, butter, and eggs together in a large mixing bowl using a fork or hand mixer.
- Spread the dough evenly into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
